The Cricket Zone at Ireland v West Indies
The One Day International between Ireland and West Indies at Stormont last week was abandoned due to the adverse weather that has affected Northern Ireland in recent times. However, it wasn't all doom and gloom at Stormont as the Cricket Zone proved to be a huge success on the two synthetic hockey pitches at the back of the Pavilion, in the Playball complex.

Volunteering in Sport
Volunteering is an ideal way to get involved in sport, develop new skills and stay engaged in a sport. It can be a rewarding activity which helps you to meet new people and take on new challenges through roles such as coaching or administration.

The wide range of opportunities to get involved in sports volunteering includes:

  • organising events and competitions
